Privacy Policy

EpicFarm is a small team of players offering World of Warcraft leveling and level 60 characters. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website or order from us.

This website has no forms and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details here.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of your visit) to keep the site running and secure.

We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads / Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use this page and to measure our ads (for example, counting clicks on our contact buttons).

These tools may set cookies and collect information about your visit, as described in the privacy policies of Meta and Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.

Orders are handled outside this website, on Discord, G2G or PlayerAuctions. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

To deliver your order we may need your Discord name, the details of the character you want and, if we level your own account, your login details. We use this information only to deliver the service you ordered. We never sell or share it with anyone else.

When we finish leveling your account, we recommend changing your password and turning on the authenticator.

Payments are made through third-party services such as PayPal, Wise, Venmo or crypto wallets. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Each payment service has its own privacy policy.

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just contact us on Discord (epicfarmstore).

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
